Go to bed early and get enough sleep. Go to bed at 23:00 and get up at 6:00 for instance. Ok, let's make a compromise since we are young. What about 00:00 to 7:00? Be aware that shifted although enough sleep time (e.g. 3:00 to 10:00) doesn't help.

Very true.. if i dont get my min 7 hours of sleep, I get up with dark circles and a sorry case of pimples

sleep for the beauty But the time duration depends actually. For some people, they prefer to work till late and have a nice morning sleep.
